Your First Visit

Upon your arrival at our dental office, any required paperwork will be promptly taken care of before being escorted to a comfortable treatment room. Our skilled dental hygienists will expertly capture dental X-rays, conduct thorough periodontal charting, and take precise intraoral photos. Following this, a comprehensive examination is preformed and should any concerns arise, we will take the time to discuss a personalized treatment plan tailored specifically to your needs. And if time permits, we may even be able to proceed with the treatment on the same day for your convenience. Either way you will leave with a clear plan on how to maintain your health, chewing, and smile.

Patient Forms

Before you arrive, we encourage you to fill out any new patient paperwork beforehand. This will make the check-in process smoother and seamless. If necessary, you can fill out your medical and insurance paperwork once you arrive, however please arrive at your appointment 15 minutes ahead of time to complete the required documents.

Dental Insurance

We participate in several PPOs and are happy to submit your dental claims for you. There can be no guarantee your insurance carrier will cover your dental needs, but every effort on our part will be made to maximize the benefits you deserve.

When multiple procedures are required, or you are preparing for treatment that is not covered by your dental insurance company, you can enroll in a low-to-no-interest financing plan through CareCredit.
